For students studying horse breeding, special visits to the “Jumenterie” research centre are possible during the week, upon prior booking and depending on the Stud’s activities, in order to learn more about reproduction in the horse .
Carriage rides around "Le Pin" estate, drawn by the famous Percheron cart horses, are available for groups upon prior booking.

You can concoct your own “menu” for your day’s outing at Le Pin National Stud, where additional visits are possible to suit your fancy, for example, a visit to the “Jumenterie” research centre or to the National Stud Training Centre, or perhaps you would prefer a commentated coach tour of Le Pin estate (1,000 ha / 2,471 acres)? For any such needs, please first enquire.
Visits to the forge and to the Saddler’s Room are subject to approval by the National Stud in accordance with its activities. Alternating parallel visits may also be organised depending on the number of pupils visiting. Group rates are applied as of 20 paying schoolchildren.
Educational worksheets are available upon request (1st & 2nd degree levels, 6th/5th forms & 4th/3rd forms).

A new educational zone is available for schools.
Located next to the “Discovery Trail” in former Stable no. 1, namely the museographic centre dedicated to the horse, is a new area reserved for schoolchildren. Split into two parts, the area enables pupils to meet up for a leisurely or studious moment, surrounded by the main theme colours found all along the "Discovery Trail".
